Not completely happy with your purchase? No worries. At Zilveren Edelsteen Sieraden you have a statutory cooling-off period of 14 days to return your order. Below you can read exactly how it works.
14-day cooling-off period
From the moment you receive your order, you have 14 days to decide whether you want to keep the piece. If you wish to return (part of) your order, you may do so within this period without giving a reason.
Register your return first
Important: do not simply send your item back. First register your return with us at info@zilverenedelsteensieraden.nl. Only after we have been notified can you send the parcel.
Earrings: sealed packaging only
For hygiene reasons, different rules apply to earrings: after all, an earring can be tried on. Our earrings are therefore shipped in sealed packaging. They can only be returned if the seal is unopened and intact — exactly as you received them. If the seal is broken, we are unfortunately unable to take the earrings back.
Condition of the item
Other returned items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging, so we can offer them again as new.

Costs and risk
The cost of returning is at your own expense. We advise you to send the parcel with track & trace and to keep the proof of postage. If a return goes missing in the post, this is unfortunately not our responsibility.
Refund
Once we have received and checked your return in good condition, we will refund the purchase amount to you as soon as possible, and within 14 days at the latest.
