You have placed your order — what happens next? Below you can read how and when your jewellery reaches you.
Delivery time
Your order comes in to us straight away. As soon as we have received your payment, we prepare your piece for shipping; usually it is in the post within 1 to 2 working days.
Delivery and tracking
We send all orders with PostNL or DHL, always with track & trace so you can follow your parcel. Collection in person is not possible — we ship only.
Packaging
Every piece is packed with care and beautifully wrapped, ready to wear yourself or to give as a gift.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout and clearly shown before you confirm your order.
